The Manure Separator Pro-2 Series is a precision-engineered screw press system constructed from high-grade stainless steel across all primary components in contact with slurry. Designed to process raw liquid manure and biogas substrates, this unit separates liquid and solid fractions within an operating range that achieves a higher dry mass content than standard drum screen squeezers. The design incorporates a reinforced stainless steel screw auger rotating within a heavy-duty cylindrical wedge wire screen to maximize processing efficiency.
