The Release Hybrid Cubicle brings together rigid steel framing with flexible plastic elements, creating a housing solution that installs quickly. The adjustable cantilever steel structure, built from circular hollow section tubing (60mm × 3.25mm support rails, 48mm × 2.5mm headrail), requires fewer mounting posts than conventional designs. Hot-dip galvanised components and 5mm pressed steel clamps ensure long-term performance in high-moisture barn environments.
FLEXIBLE BARRIERS
The heavy-wall plastic pipe with a 180° bend creates a forgiving barrier that absorbs impact whilst maintaining clear spatial boundaries. The innovative zig-zag headrail design increases vertical clearance, encouraging cows to position themselves correctly before lying down. The design allows natural lateral movement during rest, making the stall more comfortable for cows throughout the day.
