The Gel Mattress is Agriprom's most popular mattress. The rubber is reinforced with a nylon layer, ensuring the mat retains its size regardless of temperature fluctuations. This seamless, waterproof layer provides superior hygiene and allows for easier cleaning. A thickness of 4.5 mm ensures a comfortable lying area, while the special hammer profile delivers optimal grip.

The Gel Mattress features a 40 mm underlay consisting of three distinct layers: the familiar Energetic® Ecolatex for excellent elasticity, an innovative gel layer for increased comfort, and a water-resistant Ecorub bottom layer that acts as a moisture barrier. This advanced structure supports proper lying posture, reduces pressure on the joints of cows, and encourages them to rest longer. By maximizing rest time, this system helps reduce injuries and infections, keeping the herd healthier and supporting consistent milk production. Furthermore, the elastic material resists deformation, ensuring the mattress maintains its optimal comfort and support over time.
