Advanced Hydraulic Efficiency
Constructed from robust, hot-dip galvanized steel, this 800 kg crush utilizes a silent oil pump to power 9 key hydraulic functions, including the front door, back tube, dual 18 cm belly bands capable of lifting 750 kg, and front and back leg lifts with front support pedals. The entire unit sits on a durable 18 mm rubber mat and features a 50 cm hydraulic elevator to bring the cow to an ergonomic working height. Standard operation requires a 400V power supply (a 230V, 4kW motor is available upon request), and the workspace is fully optimized with three LED worklights, a rotating grinder holder with an integrated power plug, and two dedicated knife holders.
