AG4 Long Shaft Pump

The AG4 Long Shaft Pump is a stationary, centrifugal chopper pump engineered for deep-tank slurry mixing and extraction. Driven by an air-cooled electric motor, this model features an advanced steel impeller with an extra-long intake screw that establishes a high-efficiency, top-down suction direction straight into the volute. A specialized internal valve plate allows operators to switch seamlessly between pumping and mixing modes. Built with a heavy cast-iron volute and coupling housing, the pump processes fibrous materials using hardened cutting edges, while a integrated agitation nozzle pivots 270° horizontally and 60° vertically to break up thick floating crusts and settled layers.
