Agriprom Manure Separator Pro-6 series / Pro-10 Series

The Manure Separator Pro-6 & Pro-10 Series utilize a specialized rotating drum screen combined with compression rollers to process raw manure and biogas substrates at a high throughput with low energy demands. Raw slurry enters the rear of the machine, flowing directly onto a rotating stainless steel screen drum where gravity separates the liquid fraction into a collecting tray. An integrated overflow mechanism automatically manages unsteady input levels to eliminate pump readjustments. The remaining fibrous solids pass between the screen drum and spring-loaded, rubber-coated compression rollers that squeeze out remaining moisture in a two-step process before a synthetic scraper discharges the stackable dry matter.
